Common questions before you connect
Can I buy just one plugin?
Plugins are not sold separately. You pay for a subscription period — a month or a year — and for that time the whole BulbaSoft ecosystem is unlocked. If you need one plugin, you still pay the same $7 / month per domain and keep the other 27 in reserve: enable them when you need them, with no extra charge.
What is in the subscription, and what is billed separately?
The subscription includes all 28 plugins, the Client core, updates, and new releases — for the full paid period. Only AI credits are billed separately: the AI Generator plugin spends them when generating texts and images. The plugin itself is in the subscription; you top up credits as you go. The other 27 plugins do not use credits.
Do I have to install BulbaSoft Client?
Yes. Client is the core: license, shared UI, unified styles, logs, and updates. Without it, plugins will not activate. It installs once and is included in the subscription.
What does “without support” mean?
You get working plugins, docs, and updates, and you connect and configure them yourself. We answer questions from the documentation, but with no guaranteed SLAs and no work on your site. If you need an engineer — choose Subscription + support.
How is pricing calculated for several domains?
One domain — $7 / month, two — $11. For three or more domains and for agencies, terms are custom — write to us.
How does the license work?
One license per domain. The site activates it through BulbaSoft Client; after that all plugins, updates, and AI models are available automatically. Domain change — from your account.
What happens if I stop paying for the subscription?
The store will not stop. Plugins and the site keep running on the last saved settings: storefront, cart, filters, cache — everything stays as it was. Only part of the functionality inside each plugin is locked — mainly changing settings. If you need to reconfigure something, you cannot do it without renewing the license. Resume the subscription — all features unlock again; nothing to reinstall.
Will it work with my WooCommerce theme?
Plugins use standard WooCommerce hooks and the shared flex grid of the core. Tuning lets you configure the product card and shop page without editing the theme. On the support plan, we check theme compatibility for you.
